At PoultryGaints.com, we value your trust and satisfaction. As we deal with live poultry chicks and hatchery products, our return and replacement policy is designed to ensure the best possible service while maintaining the health and safety of the birds.

1. General Policy

All our chicks and hatchery products are freshly hatched and delivered directly from certified hatcheries across Bangladesh such as Kazi, CP, Nahar, NBL, and others.
Once the chicks leave our hatchery facility, they become the customer’s responsibility. However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur during transportation or delivery — that’s why we offer a limited Replacement Guarantee under certain conditions.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

You may be eligible for replacement only in the following cases:

  • Chicks are dead on arrival (DOA) or severely injured during transportation.
  • Wrong breed or incorrect quantity is delivered.
  • Packaging is damaged or tampered upon delivery.

⚠️ Please note: We do not accept returns or refunds for live chicks once they are received in good condition.

3. Reporting a Claim

If you receive chicks that are damaged or dead on arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos or videos of the affected chicks immediately upon delivery (within 1 hour).

  3. Provide your Order ID, Delivery Date, and Evidence (photo/video).

Once we verify the claim, a replacement will be arranged in your next available delivery cycle.

4. Time Frame for Reporting

All issues must be reported within 1 hour of receiving the order.
Claims made after this period cannot be accepted, as we cannot verify the condition of the chicks after delivery.

5. Replacement Process

  • After verification, replacement chicks will be delivered in the next available batch.
  • The number of replacement chicks will depend on verified losses only.
  • No cash refunds are offered — only replacements for valid claims.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For biological and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Live chicks, ducklings, or any poultry once accepted by the customer
  • Feed, medicines, or accessories after opening
  • Custom or bulk hatchery orders

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before shipment from the hatchery.
  • Once the chicks are hatched and packed, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Disclaimer

We ensure every batch is healthy, active, and properly vaccinated before delivery. However, factors such as transport stress, local weather, or farm conditions may affect chick survival after delivery — PoultryGaints.com is not responsible for post-delivery losses beyond the replacement window.
